Tammy VanDyke, PA-C
Tammy VanDyke holds 4 associates degrees from Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, Nevada and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1996 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Science. While working as a Pharmacy Technician from 1996 to 2001, Tammy continued her education at Western University of Health Science in Pomona, California where she graduated in 2003 with a masters of Science in Physician's Assistant. |

Physician
assistants are health care professionals licensed to practice medicine with
physician supervision. PA's are educated in a medical model designed to
complement physician training. The PA students are taught to diagnose and
treat medical conditions the same as medical students. Upon graduation,
physician assistants take a certifications examination that is developed by the
National Commission of Certification of PA's in conjunction with the Board of
Medical Examiners.
